Global consumer confidence fell in 25 out of 52 countries in Q4 2010 amid unemployment and inflation concerns
India tops the list of CCI index (Consumer Confidence Indicator, one of the Economic Indicators) with 131 points followed by Philippines and Norway in second and third position respecitively.
Also, India is well above the global average of "90 points". The red color bar indicates that the country's CCI has decreased from its Q3 2010.
This survey was conducted by Nielson company globally.
The survey results also shows the asians are confident that their country is not in the recession and expecting a good growth in future. North Americans and Europeans have registered their panic situation in the survey as 84% of North Americans and 69% of Europeans have said "Yes" to the question "Do you think your country is in an economic recession at the moment?"
